City of Ruins!

Sweet!  Just found out that there is going to be a follow up to Diving Into the Wreck (one of the best books of last year that I haven't written about) called City of RuinsThere's a cover and everything

I don't need to know anything else about it, except that it exists.  Diving Into the Wreck was so good that I immediately tracked down a copy of the first Retrieval Artist novel Rusch wrote.  Haven't read it yet, but clearly I must.

I enjoyed the first "Retrieval Artist" novel. Unusual for me, I listened to the very good audiobook without having first read the novel. One flaw in Audible.com's file was that part of one chapter was missing. I had to check the book out of the library for the gap to make sense. ;-) Anyway, I do recommend it; you've reminded me that I should read the next one....

I just learned about this earlier today and was also very excited about it. Diving into the Wreck was one of the best books I read last year and although I have been off and on sampling her short fiction in Asimov's, I have a hankerin' for a new novel set in that universe.
