This is the first year
Sarah Webb has been nominated for a Hugo Award for Best Fan Artist. If she keeps producing work like this, it won't be her last. But, the thing is, I wouldn't be surprised if Webb begins to receive some commissions and produced professional work and then we'll see her nominated as Best Professional Artist. She's really good, folks.
